AM Builders is a Nashville based company whose founders have over 75 years experience building quality commercial spaces and serving customers at the highest levels. Our goal on every job is to eliminate the need for our clients to prepare a punch list as we have ensured that all punch items are handled prior to customer walk through.

Matt Becker

Founder

Over 35 years of experience as a finance and business development professional and as an entrepreneur. Varied experience includes work as a President of a Commercial General Contractor, CPA, executive recruiter, and President of an LED lighting manufacturer. His strong customer focus has created lifelong relationships. Matt serves at The Table as co-chair of the Mentorship Extension Group, providing Mentoring to people of color, and served on the Board of Junior Achievement of South Florida for 28 years

Alan McPhall

Founder

Over 40 years experience as a General Contractor, including 15 years owning his own Contracting Firm. Alan has supervised construction of college sports stadiums, Olympic size swimming pools and water parks, medical facilities, offices, retail, restaurants, industrial, mixed use, and several site and parking projects. Work includes ground up, renovation and tenant improvements. His goal is to never have the client have to prepare a punch list because he has fixed all the punch issues prior to customer walk through.
